はじめに（規約の適用）
Reafl（以下「本アプリ」）は、Big River Chill Labs 株式会社（以下「当社」）が提供する iOS 向けジャーナリングアプリです。本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、本アプリの利用に関する条件を定めるものであり、利用者の皆様（以下「ユーザー」）が本アプリの利用を開始した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
利用条件
- 本アプリは、13 歳以上の方を対象としています
- 本アプリの利用は、自己責任において行うものとします
- 違法行為または公序良俗に反する目的での利用は禁止します
- 本アプリはアカウント登録不要で利用できますが、ご利用開始時点で本規約に同意したものとみなします
サービスの内容
本アプリは、以下の機能を提供します。
- ジャーナリング機能（テキスト記録・気分スタンプ・連続記録日数）
- AI レビュー機能（週次自動レビュー・将来的に手動レビューを Pro プランで提供予定）
- 危機検出フロー（端末内処理）および公的相談窓口カードの表示
医療免責
本アプリは、医療行為・医療診断・治療を提供するものではありません。本アプリは心理カウンセリングサービスでもありません。
- 本アプリの内容や AI レビューの出力を、医療判断・診断・治療の根拠として用いないでください
- 身体や心の不調を感じる場合は、医療機関の受診を優先してください
- 危機的状況にある場合は、本規約 § 公的相談窓口について に記載の窓口、または最寄りの医療機関をご利用ください
AI レビュー機能について（方法論開示）
本アプリの AI レビュー機能は、Google Gemini モデルによる文章生成を活用したものです。AI レビューの位置付けと制約は以下の通りです。
- AI レビューは、心理カウンセリング・医療アドバイス・診断ではありません
- あくまでジャーナル記録の振り返り補助としてご利用ください
- AI の出力は完全ではなく、事実と異なる内容や誤りを含むことがあります
- AI レビューの内容を意思決定の唯一の根拠とせず、ご自身の判断とあわせてご活用ください
公的相談窓口について
本アプリは、危機的状況に該当する可能性のあるジャーナル記録を端末内で検出した際に、以下の公的相談窓口を案内します。

上記の番号は、厚生労働省「まもろうよこころ」の公開情報をもとに記載しています。最新の連絡先や受付時間は、厚生労働省の公式案内をご確認ください。番号や受付体制が変更された場合、本アプリおよび本ページの記載を更新します。
フリーミアム課金について
本アプリは、将来的に App Store 経由のアプリ内課金（Apple）による有償プラン（Pro プラン）の導入を予定しています。本規約初版時点では課金機能は実装されていません。導入時には、本規約を改訂のうえ、料金・解約条件・復元購入・年齢制限等の取り扱いを明示します。
禁止事項
ユーザーは、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
- 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
- 他者の権利（知的財産権・プライバシー権等）を侵害する行為
- 本アプリの脆弱性を意図的に突く行為、または当社のサーバー・ネットワークに過度な負荷を与える行為
- 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル等
- 本アプリを介して、医療判断・法的判断・投資判断等を行う行為
免責事項
当社は、本アプリの利用に関して、以下の事項について責任を負わないものとします。
- 本アプリの不具合、エラー、中断、終了等によりユーザーに生じた損害
- 端末リセット、OS 障害、Isar データベースの不具合等に起因するジャーナルデータの消失
- 第三者サービス（Firebase / Google Gemini API 等）の障害、終了、仕様変更に起因する損害
- 本アプリの利用に伴う一切の結果（自己責任）
知的財産権
本アプリのソースコード、デザイン、ブランド要素、商標等の知的財産権は、当社に帰属します。
一方、ユーザーがジャーナルに記録した本文の権利は、ユーザー自身に帰属します。ジャーナル本文は端末ローカルにのみ保存され、当社はその内容にアクセスしません（AI レビュー機能による Cloud Functions 経由の中継送信時を除き、当社サーバーに保管されません）。
規約の変更について
本規約は、必要に応じて更新されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本アプリの更新情報にてお知らせします。変更後の規約適用開始日以降に本アプリの利用を継続した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。
準拠法・管轄
本規約の準拠法は日本法とします。本規約または本アプリの利用に関連して、ユーザーと当社の間に紛争が生じた場合、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属合意管轄裁判所とします。

Introduction
Reafl ("the App") is an iOS journaling application provided by Big River Chill Labs K.K. ("the Company"). These Terms of Service ("the Terms") set out the conditions for using the App. Users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms upon starting to use the App.
Eligibility
- The App is intended for users aged 13 and older
- Use of the App is at your own responsibility
- Use for any unlawful purpose or any purpose contrary to public order and morals is prohibited
- The App can be used without account registration, but use constitutes acceptance of these Terms
Service Description
The App provides the following features.
- Journaling (text entries, mood stamps, consecutive-day streak)
- AI Review (weekly automatic review, with a manual review planned for a future Pro plan)
- On-device crisis detection and display of public hotline cards
Medical Disclaimer
The App does not provide medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. The App is not a psychological counseling service.
- Do not rely on the contents of the App or the output of AI Review as a basis for medical decisions, diagnosis, or treatment
- If you feel unwell physically or mentally, please consult a medical institution first
- In a crisis situation, please contact one of the hotlines listed in the Public Hotlines section of these Terms, or the nearest medical institution
AI Review (Methodology Disclosure)
The AI Review feature uses text generation powered by the Google Gemini model. Its positioning and limitations are as follows.
- AI Review is not psychological counseling, medical advice, or diagnosis
- Use it only as an aid for reflecting on your own journal entries
- AI output is not perfect and may include factual errors or inaccuracies
- Do not rely solely on AI Review for any decision; combine it with your own judgment

When the App detects journal entries that may indicate a crisis situation (processed entirely on-device), it shows the following public hotlines.

These numbers are based on public information from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare ("Mamoroyo Kokoro"). Please check the official Ministry guidance for the latest contact details and hours. If a number or service is updated, we will update both the App and this page accordingly.
Freemium and In-App Purchases
The App plans to introduce a paid plan (Pro plan) via Apple App Store in-app purchases in the future. At the time of this initial Terms, no purchase functionality is implemented. When introduced, these Terms will be revised to describe pricing, cancellation, restore purchase, age limits, and related handling.
Prohibited Activities
Users must not engage in any of the following while using the App.
- Acts that violate laws or are contrary to public order and morals
- Acts that infringe on the rights of others (intellectual property, privacy, etc.)
- Intentionally exploiting vulnerabilities of the App, or imposing excessive load on our servers or networks
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
- Using the App as a basis for medical, legal, or investment decisions
Disclaimer
The Company shall not be liable for the following in connection with the use of the App.
- Damages arising from defects, errors, interruption, or termination of the App
- Loss of journal data due to device reset, OS failure, Isar database issues, etc.
- Damages arising from failures, termination, or specification changes of third-party services (Firebase / Google Gemini API, etc.)
- All consequences arising from use of the App (used at your own risk)
Intellectual Property
Intellectual property rights in the App's source code, design, brand elements, and trademarks belong to the Company.
The rights to the text that users record in their journals belong to the users themselves. Journal text is stored only on the local device, and the Company does not access its contents (except for the relay transmission via Cloud Functions for the AI Review feature; even in that case, content is not stored on our servers).
Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated as needed. Significant changes will be communicated through App update notes. Continued use of the App after the effective date of the revised Terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute between the user and the Company arising in connection with these Terms or the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
