はじめに

Reafl（以下「本アプリ」）は、Big River Chill Labs 株式会社（以下「当社」）が提供する iOS 向けジャーナリングアプリです。本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリにおける個人情報の取り扱いについて説明します。

個人情報の収集について

本アプリは、ユーザーの個人情報を一切収集しません。

  • アカウント登録は不要です
  • 氏名、メールアドレス等の個人情報の入力を求めることはありません
  • 位置情報の取得は行いません
  • カメラやマイクへのアクセスは行いません
  • ジャーナル本文は、お使いの端末内にのみ保存されます

データの保存について（端末ローカル）

本アプリは、以下のデータをお使いの端末内のローカルデータベース（Isar）にのみ保存します。これらのデータを外部サーバーへ保管することはありません。

  • ジャーナル本文（journal entries）
  • AI レビューの履歴（過去最大 200 字程度の要約・端末内蓄積）
  • 気分スタンプの記録
  • 連続記録日数（ストリーク）
  • アプリ設定値（通知 ON/OFF・テーマ等）

これらのデータは端末をリセットするか、本アプリを削除すると消去されます。

AI レビュー機能と外部送信について

本アプリには、ジャーナル本文をもとに振り返り文を生成する「AI レビュー機能」があります。AI レビューを生成する際にのみ、対象のジャーナル本文を Cloud Functions（Google Cloud Platform・asia-northeast1 リージョン）経由で Google Gemini API（モデル: Gemini 2.5 Flash-Lite）に送信します。

送信後の取り扱い:

  • 送信されたジャーナル本文は、当社の Cloud Functions 側には保管されません（中継のみで保存しない設計）
  • 生成された AI レビューの結果は、お使いの端末内にのみ保存されます
  • 利用頻度制御のため、1 ユーザーあたり 1 日 1 回のレートリミットを設けています
  • 月次の利用予算（Budget Alert: 月 3,000 円）を超過した場合は、AI レビュー機能を一時的に停止します

匿名認証について

AI レビュー機能のレートリミット管理のため、本アプリは Firebase 匿名認証を利用します。

  • 発行される匿名認証 UID は、氏名やメールアドレス等の個人を特定する情報を含みません
  • UID は端末をリセットすると再生成されます
  • 認証データは asia-northeast1 リージョンで取り扱われます

エラーログについて

Cloud Functions 側でエラーが発生した場合、エラー内容はカテゴリ文字列（例: AUTH_ERROR / QUOTA_OR_RATE_ERROR / TIMEOUT_ERROR など 7 種類）に正規化された上で扱われます。送信元のジャーナル本文や生のエラーメッセージが外部に echo back されることはありません（safe-error-redactor 設計）。

危機検出フローと公的相談窓口について

本アプリは、ジャーナル本文に強い不安・自傷・希死念慮を示すキーワードが含まれる場合に、端末内処理のみで検出し、公的相談窓口の案内カードをアプリ画面に表示します（外部送信は行いません）。

案内対象の公的相談窓口は以下の通りです。

  • こころの健康相談統一ダイヤル: 0570-064-556

上記の番号は、厚生労働省「まもろうよこころ」の公開情報をもとに記載しています。最新の連絡先や受付時間は、厚生労働省の公式案内をご確認ください。番号や受付体制が変更された場合、本アプリおよび本ページの記載を更新します。

クラッシュレポートについて

本アプリは、初版リリース時点ではクラッシュレポートサービス（Sentry 等）を導入していません。将来導入する場合は、本プライバシーポリシーを改訂のうえ、収集する情報の範囲を明示します。

広告・トラッキングについて

本アプリは、広告を表示しません。また、ユーザーの行動を追跡する目的のトラッキングツールやアナリティクスツールは使用しません。

第三者提供について

本アプリは、上記の AI レビュー機能（Google Gemini API）および匿名認証（Firebase / Google）における Google 社へのデータ送信を除き、ユーザーのデータを第三者に提供、共有、販売することは一切ありません。

課金処理について

本アプリは、将来的に App Store 経由のアプリ内課金（Apple）による有償プランの導入を予定しています。本プライバシーポリシー初版時点では課金機能は実装されていません。導入時には、本ページを改訂のうえ、課金に関する取り扱いを明示します。

お子様のプライバシーについて

本アプリは、13 歳未満のお子様のご利用を想定していません。意図的にお子様の個人情報を収集することはなく、本アプリは個人情報を一切収集しない設計です。

プライバシーポリシーの変更について

本プライバシーポリシーは、必要に応じて更新されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本アプリの更新情報にてお知らせします。

Introduction

Reafl ("the App") is an iOS journaling application provided by Big River Chill Labs K.K. ("the Company"). This Privacy Policy explains how user information is handled within the App.

Information Collection

The App does not collect any personal information.

  • No account registration is required
  • No personal details such as name or email address are requested
  • No location data is accessed
  • No camera or microphone access is required
  • Journal entries are stored only on your local device

Local Data Storage

The App stores the following data only in a local database (Isar) on your device. These items are never stored on external servers.

  • Journal entries
  • AI Review history (short summaries up to about 200 characters, accumulated locally)
  • Mood stamps
  • Streak (consecutive days of recording)
  • App settings such as notification toggles and theme

These items are erased when you reset the device or uninstall the App.

AI Review and External Transmission

The App offers an "AI Review" feature that generates a reflective summary based on your journal entries. Only when generating an AI Review, the relevant journal text is sent via Cloud Functions (Google Cloud Platform, asia-northeast1 region) to the Google Gemini API (model: Gemini 2.5 Flash-Lite).

How transmitted data is handled:

  • The transmitted journal text is not stored on our Cloud Functions (relayed only, not persisted)
  • The generated AI Review result is stored only on your local device
  • A rate limit of one AI Review per user per day is enforced
  • If a monthly budget alert (3,000 yen per month) is exceeded, the AI Review feature is temporarily suspended

Anonymous Authentication

For rate limit management of the AI Review feature, the App uses Firebase Anonymous Authentication.

  • The issued anonymous UID contains no personally identifiable information such as name or email address
  • The UID is regenerated when you reset the device
  • Authentication data is processed in the asia-northeast1 region

Error Logging

When an error occurs on the Cloud Functions side, the error is normalized into a category string (such as AUTH_ERROR, QUOTA_OR_RATE_ERROR, TIMEOUT_ERROR; seven categories in total). The original journal text and raw error messages are never echoed back to external systems (safe-error-redactor design).

Crisis Detection and Public Hotlines

When journal text contains keywords indicating strong anxiety, self-harm, or suicidal thoughts, the App detects this entirely on the device and displays a public hotline card on the App screen (no external transmission is performed).

These numbers are based on public information from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare ("Mamoroyo Kokoro"). Please check the official Ministry guidance for the latest contact details and hours. If a number or service is updated, we will update both the App and this page accordingly.

Crash Reporting

At the time of the initial release, the App does not use a crash reporting service such as Sentry. If we adopt one in the future, this Privacy Policy will be revised to clearly state the scope of information collected.

Advertising and Tracking

The App does not display advertisements. The App does not use any tracking or analytics tools intended to monitor user behavior.

Third-Party Sharing

Apart from data transmissions to Google for the AI Review feature (Google Gemini API) and the anonymous authentication (Firebase / Google) described above, the App does not provide, share, or sell any user data to third parties.

In-App Purchases

The App plans to introduce a paid plan via Apple App Store in-app purchases in the future. At the time of this initial Privacy Policy, no purchase functionality is implemented. When introduced, this page will be revised to describe the relevant handling.

Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not intentionally collect personal information from children, and the App is designed not to collect personal information at all.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated as needed. Significant changes will be communicated through App update notes.
