はじめに

GongRound（以下「本アプリ」）は、Big River Chill Labs株式会社（以下「当社」）が提供するiOS向けインターバルタイマーアプリです。本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリにおける個人情報の取り扱いについて説明します。

個人情報の収集について

本アプリは、ユーザーの個人情報を一切収集しません。

  • アカウント登録は不要です
  • 氏名、メールアドレス等の個人情報の入力を求めることはありません
  • 位置情報の取得は行いません
  • カメラやマイクへのアクセスは行いません

データの保存について

本アプリは、以下のデータをお使いの端末内にのみ保存します。これらのデータを外部サーバーへ送信することはなく、当社が閲覧することもありません。

  • ベル音量の設定値
  • 10秒前警告ベルのON/OFF設定
  • バイブレーションのON/OFF設定
  • 画面常時ONのON/OFF設定
  • 選択中のプリセット・ラウンド数
  • 言語の設定（日本語/英語）
  • ラウンド開始・終了・警告の各ベル音の選択
  • 最終ラウンドの休憩を延長する設定
  • カスタムプリセット（ご自身で設定したワーク時間と休憩時間）
  • トレーニング履歴（練習を終えた日時、ワーク時間・休憩時間、ラウンド数、使用したメニューの名前）
  • メニュー（複数の区間をつないだ練習の構成と、区間およびメニューにご自身で付けた名前）

これらのデータは端末内のローカルストレージに保存され、アプリを削除すると消去されます。

Appleヘルスケアへの記録

本アプリは、練習を最後まで終えたときに、その練習1件をワークアウトとしてお使いの端末の「ヘルスケア」アプリに書き出します。記録する内容は、種目（マーシャルアーツ）と開始・終了時刻です。

このデータはお使いの端末内、およびお客様ご自身のiCloudヘルスケアデータの中に留まります。当社にも第三者にも送信されることはありません。

本アプリはヘルスケアへの書き込みのみを行い、ヘルスケアに保存されているデータを読み取ることはありません。歩数・心拍数・体重など、他のアプリが記録した情報を本アプリが参照することはありません。

この記録は初回に許可をお尋ねします。許可しなかった場合も本アプリは通常どおりお使いいただけます（記録が行われないだけです）。許可はいつでも、iOSの「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「ヘルスケア」→「GongRound」から取り消せます。

クラッシュレポートの収集（Sentry）

本アプリは、不具合の早期検知と品質改善のため、Sentry, Inc.（米国）が提供するクラッシュレポートサービス「Sentry」を利用しています。

収集する情報:

  • OSの種類とバージョン、端末モデル名
  • アプリのバージョン・ビルド番号
  • エラー発生時のスタックトレース・例外メッセージ
  • 操作の概要（タイマー開始・課金処理など、匿名化された画面遷移情報）

収集しない情報:

  • 氏名、メールアドレス等の個人を特定する情報
  • IPアドレス（送信時に除去）
  • 位置情報
  • 連絡先・写真等の端末内データ

収集された情報は米国のSentryサーバーに送信・保管されます（保管期間は最大90日）。本機能はアプリの安定動作のために必要であり、ユーザーの行動追跡や広告配信には使用されません。

第三者への提供

本アプリは、上記Sentryによるクラッシュレポートの送信を除き、ユーザーのデータを第三者に提供、共有、販売することは一切ありません。

広告・トラッキング

本アプリは、広告を表示しません。また、ユーザーの行動を追跡する目的のトラッキングツールやアナリティクスツールは使用しません。

外部サービスとの連携

本アプリの基本機能はオフラインで動作します。ただし、上記のクラッシュレポート送信時およびアプリ内課金（Apple App Store経由）の処理時には、インターネット接続を使用します。

お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは、意図的にお子様（13歳未満）から個人情報を収集することはありません。本アプリは個人情報を一切収集しないため、お子様も安全にご利用いただけます。

プライバシーポリシーの変更

本プライバシーポリシーは、必要に応じて更新されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリの更新情報にてお知らせします。

Introduction

GongRound ("the App") is an iOS interval timer application developed by Big River Chill Labs K.K. ("the Company"). This Privacy Policy explains how user information is handled within the App.

Information Collection

The App does not collect any personal information.

  • No account registration is required
  • No personal details such as name or email address are requested
  • No location data is accessed
  • No camera or microphone access is required

Data Storage

The App stores the following data locally on your device only. This data is never transmitted to external servers, and the Company cannot access it.

  • Bell volume setting
  • 10-second warning bell ON/OFF setting
  • Vibration ON/OFF setting
  • Screen always-on ON/OFF setting
  • Selected preset and round count
  • Language setting (Japanese/English)
  • Bell sound selection for round start, round end, and warning
  • Extended rest setting for the final round
  • Custom presets (work and rest durations you set)
  • Training history (date and time of completed sessions, work and rest durations, round count, and the name of the menu used)
  • Menus (multi-segment training structures and the names you give to segments and menus)

This data is stored in local storage on your device and is deleted when the App is uninstalled.

Apple Health

When you complete a training session, the App writes that session to the Health app on your device as a single workout. The recorded content is the activity type (Martial Arts) and the start and end times.

This data stays on your device and within your own iCloud Health data. It is never transmitted to the Company or to any third party.

The App only writes to Health and never reads your health data. It does not access information recorded by other apps, such as step count, heart rate, or body weight.

You are asked for permission the first time this happens. If you decline, the App continues to work normally — only the Health record is skipped. You can revoke this permission at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Health › GongRound.

Crash Reporting (Sentry)

To detect bugs early and improve quality, the App uses "Sentry", a crash reporting service provided by Sentry, Inc. (United States).

Information collected:

  • OS type and version, device model
  • App version and build number
  • Stack traces and exception messages on errors
  • Anonymized event breadcrumbs (e.g. timer started, purchase flow)

Information NOT collected:

  • Personally identifiable information such as name or email
  • IP address (stripped before transmission)
  • Location data
  • On-device data such as contacts or photos

Collected information is sent to and stored on Sentry servers in the United States (retention period up to 90 days). This data is used solely for app stability and is never used for behavioral tracking or advertising.

Third-Party Sharing

Apart from the Sentry crash reports described above, the App does not provide, share, or sell any user data to third parties.

Advertising and Tracking

The App does not display advertisements. The App does not use any tracking or analytics tools intended to monitor user behavior.

Internet Connection

The core features of the App work offline. An internet connection is used only for the crash reporting described above and for in-app purchases processed via the Apple App Store.

Children's Privacy

The App does not intentionally collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Since the App collects no personal information whatsoever, it is safe for use by children.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated as needed. Significant changes will be communicated through App update notes.
